OUR ROOMS
Our charming accommodation offers 11 individually designed bed & breakfast rooms, each full of character and comfort, alongside 2 cosy self-contained log cabins for a more private stay. Set within our historic building, guests can choose between 5 rooms located above the pub or 6 cottage-style rooms situated across the car park opposite. With free parking & free wifi available for all guests and just a 10-minute walk from Rye, our rooms provide the perfect base to relax and explore the local area.
Cottage Rooms
Our 6 cottage rooms are located opposite the pub, with convenient parking right outside your door. Each room is individually designed, dog friendly, and features a walk-in shower, with just one small step into the room. Some rooms are suitable for families, sleeping up to 4 guests, and all have outdoor seating directly outside the entrance for you to relax and enjoy your stay.

In house rooms
Our 5 in-house rooms are located upstairs within the main pub building, each individually designed to combine character and comfort. Some rooms overlook the garden, and we also offer a family room suitable for guests travelling together. All rooms feature modern walk-in showers, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay just moments from the heart of the pub.
Check in / Check out
Check-in is available from 2:30pm, with early check-in available on request for an additional charge and subject to availability. Check-out is by 10:30am, although late check-out can also be arranged upon request for an additional fee
