Our pub is accessible for wheelchair users, with step-free access through the front door, making it easy to enter and move around the main areas. Our cottage rooms are conveniently located on the ground level adjacent to the pub, offering easy proximity for guests. Please note, however, that there is a small step to enter the rooms, as well as a slight step into the shower, which may require assistance for some guests.
We are a dog-friendly establishment and welcome well-behaved dogs throughout the pub and in our cottage rooms with a small fee. However, dogs are not permitted in our upstairs rooms, as we aim to accommodate guests with allergies. Our cottage rooms are particularly well-suited for guests with dogs, as they offer easy access to the outdoors for walks and comfort.
We offer free parking for guests who are staying with us or dining at the pub. Please note that all vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.

We are conveniently located just a ten-minute walk from Rye town, making it easy to explore the local area. There is also a bus stop right outside the pub, and a train station in Rye with regular connections to London, Brighton, Hastings, and surrounding areas.
